Our aim for students at HSAEL is clear and specific: to support you to be a leader in your chosen field.  

We know that the young people of Newham and Tower Hamlets can change the world. Our mission is to support you to secure leadership positions so that you can make a positive difference to your life, your community and society.  

This is an ambitious organization. Our aim is to be the best in Newham by 2028 and one of the leading sixth forms in the country. Our results over the last two years show that we are making rapid progress in meeting this objective.
