Computer Science workshop

Last week, Year 7 took part in an exciting workshop led by DXC Technology. During the session, students listened to inspiring talks from four women leaders working in STEM careers, before taking on their own app-design challenge for visitors to the Olympic Park.

The room was buzzing with creativity as students developed ideas including event planners, interactive map guides, attraction scavenger hunts, and even a virtual reality game!

We are delighted that four pairs of students have been selected to represent the school at the finals at DXC Headquarters next month, where they will compete against other schools. We wish them the very best of luck. Watch this space!
